Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order per dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and other staff.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and participate in training classes.
• Keep management aware of mechanical issues as they occur and maintain an organized work area.
