Job summary

PEP BOYS / Mavis Tire in Salem, NH is hiring full-time General Service Technicians to support tire sales, maintenance, and repairs at our automotive centers. You will mount, balance tires, perform oil changes, check fluids, and help ensure safe, quality service.

Paid training, career growth opportunities, and weekly pay with incentives are offered. Prior automotive experience is helpful, but training is provided, and team-oriented environment supports your development.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion.
