Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Salem, NH area. You’ll perform essential maintenance and tire services with experienced automotive professionals, gaining hands-on skills and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
