Job summary

Jiffy Lube International in Leawood, KS is hiring a General Service Technician. In this entry-level role, you will service guests' vehicles, learn our services through a structured training program, and gain hands-on certification while contributing to a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Document all work on the repair order.
• Support junior technicians and mentors.
• Perform oil changes and basic service tasks.
