Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of New London is seeking a Master Technician to join our energetic team in New London, CT. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for advancement.

This role features a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, hourly pay $40-$55 with earning potential of $100k-$150k annually, plus benefits and ongoing training. You will diagnose and repair diverse vehicle systems, work with up-to-date equipment, and contribute to a collaborative, community-focused

Qualifications

• 2+ years Master Service Technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
