Job Intro

Subaru of Puyallup is the largest volume Subaru store in Western Washington and is ranked #1 in Portland zone for ongoing service retention. We complete 2400 service repair orders per month! We are seeking experienced Service Technicians to add to our team. Subaru experience is a plus! Techs who have achieved certifications are preferred but not required. We will train those who are not certified but qualify for that opportunity. We believe in rewarding our service technicians for their skill and certifications. Job Description

Diagnose problem(s) and perform quality repair/maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problem(s) and perform quality repair/maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards
• Estimate time and parts needed for repair/maintenance
• Install equipment, components, and systems
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Keep shop neat and account for dealership owned tools
• Other duties may be assigned according to expertise and certifications

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience is required – Subaru experience is a plus!
• Certified Techs are preferred, but we will train the right candidates!
• Must work well on a team
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
