Job summary

Qualifications

• Active certification or licensure is required where applicable.
• At least 5 years industry experience within the last 10 years.
• Prior documented teaching experience or completion of the new instructor training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational materials using sound educational practices and student-centered instruction.
• Ensure learning objectives are met for each course within a student’s program of study.
• Prepare and maintain instructional materials and equipment; ensure readiness for student use.
• Participate in faculty assessment and professional development activities to ensure an up-to-date classroom experience for all students; maintain required certification and licensure.
• Attend meetings, review assessment data, compile reports, and meet academic and administrative deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation guidelines and internal policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
