Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately.
• Must provide or have access to necessary tools for the position.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance, warranty, engine, transmission, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Complete multi point inspections and identify necessary repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and factory resources to identify vehicle concerns.
• Communicate findings clearly with the service advisor and management team.
• Complete repair orders with accurate documentation.
• Perform quality inspections before returning vehicles to customers.
• Maintain an organized and professional work area.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Meet productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Participate in required training and certification programs.
