Wyatt Johnson Hyundai Mazda in Clarksville, TN is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to join our award-winning, high-volume service team. This role offers strong earning potential with a commission structure and opportunities to advance through manufacturer certifications.

You'll work with a supportive leadership team, access ongoing Hyundai training, and benefit from a growing customer base and long-term career growth within Hudson Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional automotive technician experience (required).
• Hyundai or other manufacturer dealership experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with professionalism and integrity.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable.
• Desire to continue learning and advancing within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Test-drive vehicles and evaluate vehicle systems and components.
• Repair and maintain engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more.
• Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and repair timelines with Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs according to Hyundai specifications.
• Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely repair completion.
• Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
