Job summary

ClearShift is hiring Automotive Service Technicians to join a high-volume dealership service department. We emphasize consistent workflow and uncapped earnings while supporting a team-oriented shop that values quality repairs.

We work on a range of vehicles, from daily drivers to heavy-duty pickups and luxury cars. The role includes diagnosis, inspections, and repairs with opportunities for ASE certification reimbursement and career advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of automotive repair experience.
• Working knowledge of automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Pride in accurate, high-quality repairs.
• Dependability and a team-focused attitude.
• Desire to keep learning and advancing.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
• Complete thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose concerns and identify root causes.
• Review TSBs and manufacturer recommendations.
• Document findings, recommendations and completed repairs.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic equipment.
• Complete quality repairs efficiently and safely.
• Keep your bay and equipment clean and organized.
• Support fellow technicians through shared knowledge and collaborative problem-solving.
• Help improve shop workflow and processes.
