Job summary

ClearShift is seeking Automotive Service Technicians to join our high-volume dealership service department in Littleton, CO. You will perform maintenance, inspections and repairs on diverse vehicles, working with diagnostic tools and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of automotive repair experience.
• Working knowledge of automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Pride in accurate, high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
• Complete thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose concerns and identify root causes.
• Review TSBs and manufacturer recommendations.
• Document findings, recommendations and completed repairs.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic equipment.
• Complete quality repairs efficiently and safely.
• Keep your bay and equipment clean and organized.
• Support fellow technicians through shared knowledge and collaborative problem-solving.
• Help improve shop workflow and processes.
