INDTECHPAT is seeking an Automotive Service Technician at Master/A/B/C level positions in Lynnfield, MA. The role offers pay from $60,000 to $150,000+ and emphasizes training, benefits, and growth in a busy automotive service environment.

Responsibilities include diagnostic work, maintenance, and ensuring high CSI. Applicants must have basic tools and pass background/drug screening; ASE and manufacturer certifications are highly preferred.

Qualificações

• . Previous automotive technician experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
• Document all work performed and recommended on the assigned repair order
• Communicate with service advisor when additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time
• Maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards
• Conduct road test to determine work needed and to confirm work was successfully completed when necessary
• Perform all levels of diagnosis and repair on vehicles
• Perform all levels of preventive/routine maintenance services
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs to expand knowledge
• Maintain CSI scores at or above the goal in service
• Complete warranty repair orders and file warranty claims
• Report safety or integrity issues to management
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean
• Comply with OSHA and other regulations
• Pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
