Lithia Toyota of Springfield in Springfield, OR is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our award-winning service team. This onsite role offers $20-$35 flat rate pay with potential production bonuses, and opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement.

You will perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, utilize diagnostic equipment, and communicate recommendations with Service Advisors while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience required.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities in all areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Complete manufacturer-recommended services and maintenance procedures.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment, service information systems, and repair manuals.
• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Stay current on Toyota technology, repair procedures, and industry advancements.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on exceptional customer service.
