Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to work with diverse vehicle makes and models.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using technical tools and manuals.
• Maintain courtesy and professionalism with customers.
• Assist in greeter role for unacknowledged customers near Service Drive.
• Keep up to date with service communications and terminal operations.
• Ensure safe, high-quality vehicle service is delivered on first visit.
• Inspect vehicles for additional service opportunities per manufacturer guidelines.
• Return vehicles clean, and complete required paperwork accurately.
