Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking an Automotive Technician in Elk Grove, CA. You will perform oil changes, tire repairs, and various minor repairs on vehicles, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include test drives, inspections, and assisting senior technicians as needed. The role emphasizes continuous learning with required training and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certification (GED).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Six months experience in general repair, lube services and or tire shop.

Responsibilities

• Performs oil changes and lubrication service for member and nonmember vehicles.
• Performs tire repairs and installation service for member and nonmember vehicles.
• Performs other minor repairs as assigned by Lead Tech or Service Advisor, according to their abilities.
• Assist upper level technicians as needed and for experience.
• Test drives vehicles when practical for any/all performance or drivability concerns before performing work.
