Job summary

Asbury is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to repair vehicles, assist in delivering excellent guest experiences, and drive innovation in service delivery. The role requires handling routine repairs such as engine work, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical systems, with required manufacturer and ASE certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine vehicle repairs and diagnosis with support.
• Ability to complete multi-point inspections and document work performed.
• Strong communication with service advisors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Communicate with service advisor when additional work is needed or time issues arise.
• Perform all levels of diagnosis and repair on vehicles.
• Maintain technician proficiency per Asbury standards.
• Complete warranty repair orders and filing of warranty claims.
