Job summary

Key Auto Group's Salem Hyundai in Salem, NH is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to dealership standards. You will test components, communicate with the Service Advisor, and perform work efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ASE certification, and 2+ years of service experience. You’ll work in a productive shop with opportunities for advancement and reimbursement for ASE/state inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. ASE certification required.
• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• B level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and according to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components/systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering and brakes.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services needed and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
