Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, perform maintenance, and ensure safety on test drives. You will contribute to daily operations at our Winchester location and work with a supportive team that values quality service and transparency.

Required are 2+ years in automotive repair, own tools, and a valid license with weekend availability. ASE certifications are preferred but not required, and a strong focus on customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience (ASE certifications preferred but not required).
• Must have own tools (tool purchase program available).
• Ability to operate automotive machines and equipment (diagnostic scanner experience a plus).
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure safety.
