Job summary

Tire Discounters, a family-owned automotive retailer, seeks a Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles. You will test drive after service to ensure safety and quality, while delivering excellent customer service at every step.

We offer a strong pay plan with weekly hourly wages plus commission on labor and overtime, plus paid training and clear career paths.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive repair experience
• Own tools (tool purchase program available)
• Ability to operate automotive machines and equipment (diagnostic scanner experience a plus)
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+)

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure safety.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and assist as needed.
