Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures and loud environments

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure high quality work and guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the service center
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians
• Check oil level and tire pressure; inspect and refill fluids as needed
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues
