Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician or mechanic experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Knowledge of modern vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic scanners and repair equipment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a service team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform maintenance and repair services.
• Complete engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC repairs.
• Diagnose check-engine lights and other warnings.
• Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Use diagnostic equipment and repair information.
• Communicate findings with Service Advisors.
• Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs.
