Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician for Napleton's Arlington Heights CDJR. You will perform vehicle repair and maintenance, diagnose issues, and communicate with customers to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications
- Automotive Service Technician experience.
- ASE certification desirable.
- Excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
- Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
- Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
- Stay current with factory bulletins and training classes as appropriate.
- Keep the work area organized and maintain shop standards.
