Jiffy Lube International in Bonney Lake, WA is hiring a General Service Technician. This entry-level role focuses on servicing guests' vehicles, gaining certification through our training program, and delivering top-quality care.

You will work closely with a team, follow safety protocols, and participate in our rewards and benefits program. The position requires 18+ years old, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures and environments

Responsabilités

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and mentorship where needed
• Check oil levels and communicate with teammates; ensure tire pressures are correct
• Inspect and refill fluid levels; complete vehicle inspections
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues to management
• Adhere to all safety policies and company procedures
