Job summary

Certified Performance & Auto Repair, Inc in Moscow Mills, MO is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and deliver quality service.

You will work with a supportive team, use diagnostic tools, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology. Valid driver's license and own tools are preferred; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive repair experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and tune-ups.
• Perform diagnostic testing and identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete engine, suspension, steering, and other automotive repairs as needed.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Use diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and shop tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to ensure quality repairs and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and stay current with automotive technology.
