Harperacura is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our growing team in Alcoa, TN. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in service technology and a strong customer service background.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• B level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
• Mechanically inclined with steady hand and excellent coordination.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor about additional services.
• Execute repairs under warranty per manufacturer specifications.
