Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a service technician.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Experience troubleshooting automotive electrical systems.
• Knowledge of powertrain systems and related repairs.
• ADAS experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely and effectively use automotive tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on powertrain, electrical, and overall vehicle performance issues.
• Complete routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.).
• Repair and replace faulty components to meet manufacturer and industry standards.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and hand tools efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and service records.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair recommendations and maintenance needs.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and service excellence.
