Qualifications

• 3+ months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality workmanship and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in the training program to gain service certifications.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely, accurate care.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles to teammates.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians as needed.
