• Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and repair information.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections.

• Work closely with Service Advisors and fellow technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Follow Acura and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Continuously develop your technical skills through training and hands‑on experience.
