Deery Brothers of West Burlington recently underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation to accommodate our growing business, leaving us with a state-of-the-art showroom, service department, detail center, and our award-winning Toyota Certified collision center.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional service is needed.
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner, eager, and a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new systems and problems.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
