This senior-level position involves diagnosing and repairing major vehicle systems, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring quality service. Candidates should have 3+ years of automotive repair experience, preferably with Ford certifications. Qualifications

• Ford certifications strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in advanced diagnostics and complex repair work.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-depth diagnostics and advanced repairs across all major vehicle systems.
• Oversee warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Road-test vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to verify repairs.
• Mentor and support B-Level and entry-level technicians.
• Accurately document all repair work and communicate with service advisors on progress and additional needs.
• Stay up to date with Ford and ASE training requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
