Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related automotive repair/maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
• State certification or Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Personal set of basic automotive tools for daily service work.
• Strong problem-solving ability, dedication to quality workmanship, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance work accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions using diagnostic tools and perform necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with the Parts Department to obtain required components.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Service Management to complete work in a timely manner and provide accurate customer updates.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify safety concerns or preventative maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with dealership and OSHA safety guidelines.

Incentive Highlights
