Job summary

Crossroads Ford of Lumberton is seeking full-time automotive service technicians who inspect, maintain and repair vehicles, and perform oil changes using diagnostic tools to identify problems.

Qualifications

• General automotive maintenance and service experience required.
• Factory Technician training available.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair vehicles as part of dealership service.
• Perform oil changes and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Uphold highest ethical standards in all duties.

Job Definition

Technicians inspect, maintain and repair vehicles, and complete oil changes. Technicians use diagnostic tools to identify the source of problems and then make adjustments or repairs. As with all positions within dealerships, service technicians are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
