Landers Kia in Little Rock, AR is seeking three experienced Auto Technicians for a full-time role with flexible scheduling and competitive pay. You’ll work with the latest tools and technology to maximize your pay and performance.

Qualified candidates bring a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong diagnostic and repair skills. Experience with routine maintenance, engine diagnostics, and transmission work is preferred; training and growth opportunities are available.

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on a variety of vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and transmission work.
• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using computerized diagnostic equipment.
• Communicate directly with customers to explain vehicle diagnosis and repair recommendations.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements through ongoing training and professional development.
