Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Little Rock is seeking a motivated Auto Technician to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with no night shifts and a flexible schedule to support work–life balance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing a variety of makes and models, using diagnostic tools, and communicating maintenance needs to customers. Requirements: 2+ years in auto tech, clean driving record, own tools, ASE preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of Auto Technician experience.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Must have own tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and repair issues.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers about vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Continuously develop and enhance technical skills through training and on-the-job experience.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
