Ed Morse Automotive Group in Lebanon seeks an Automotive Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, provide accurate labor estimates, and explain repairs to customers in clear terms.

We value ongoing training, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality service. Valid license and ASE certification are required, with background and DMV checks as part of the process.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience.
• ASE certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass background, DMV screen, and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, AC).
• Perform work on maintenance/repair orders with efficiency and dealership standards.
• Explain mechanical diagnoses to service advisors and customers in non-technical terms.
• Provide labor/time estimates for additional repairs.
• Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings for required repairs.
• Continuously learn new technical information in formal training sessions.

Automotive Service Technician

We are currently seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our Ed Morse team.

Responsibilities

• As a Technician you will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver.
• Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  
• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
• Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• ASE Certified
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check,DMV screen, and drug screen
