Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and removal of all alcohol monitoring devices.
• Fulfill daily operational duties of assigned facility, including:
• Operate a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct training sessions on product use for customers.
• Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees.
• Perform monthly inventory audits consistently.
• Assist other shops in the surrounding area when applicable.
• Manage daily hours, ensuring 40 hours or less weekly.
• Communicate with management and/or lead technicians when challenges arise.
• Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and security of client information.
• Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations and statutes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with 12V systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must meet physical requirements to perform essential functions, including sitting, kneeling, standing, walking, reaching, and crawling.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
