Role Description:

The Automotive Service Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to company standards. Responsibilities include inspections, identifying mechanical issues, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and accurately. Experience is valued, but we offer paid training for Ford and CDJR certifications. Compensation depends on experience and certifications.

Compensation:

Based on experience and certification level, with high income potential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform road tests for diagnosis and verification of repairs;
• Perform other duties as assigned;
• Work as part of a team with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle needs;
• Attend manufacturer-specific training classes;
• Perform line technician services, routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting;
• Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies;
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools;
• Execute repairs under warranty per manufacturer specifications.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and electrical skills;
• Basic computer skills to operate factory software;
• Valid Driver’s License;
• Ford certifications or ability to obtain them;
• Positive attitude and eagerness to improve;
• Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination;
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to operate diagnostic equipment;
• Missouri State Inspection License;
• B level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair;
• ASE Certification;
• Own tools required;
• Ability to collaborate effectively and enjoy a dynamic environment.
