Ford General & Diesel Technicians

Fuller Ford is a regional leader in commercial and retail truck service. We are hiring General and Diesel Technicians: seeking ambitious, reliable individuals with experience, schooling, and/or Ford certifications. We also encourage those beginning in the field to apply. Our Service Department employs 30 technicians, some of the best in the business. These technicians are great coworkers who help mentor newcomers. Fuller Ford has been one of Cincinnati's largest and most reputable Service Departments, leading in customer satisfaction.

Our large retail and commercial customer base ensures a stable workflow. Our technicians have an average tenure of 20 years. Fuller Ford is centrally located in downtown Cincinnati and has been in business for over 80 years. We boast one of the area's largest parts departments, stocking more Ford parts than any other local dealer. Our flat rate mechanic and trainee pay is highly competitive.
