Job summary

A&R Automotive Service in Brush, CO is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This role emphasizes preventative maintenance, tire service, and digital inspections using shop tablets to clearly communicate needs to customers.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, with an hourly base plus a book time bonus. A structured Apprenticeship Program supports growth into a top-tier technician with a supportive shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous shop experience is a plus, but NOT required.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to document and record videos/photos for inspections.
• Drive & motivation: Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic to maximize earnings under hourly + book time pay structure.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: oil changes, fluid flushes, filter replacements, routine maintenance packages.
• Tire Services: rotations, mounting/balancing, and safe flat repairs using dealer equipment.
• Digital Video Inspections (DVI): perform inspections with shop tablets, capture photos/videos for clients.
• Shop Safety & Cleanliness: maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free bay.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician to join our team. Core Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform high-quality, efficient oil changes, fluid flushes, filter replacements, and routine maintenance packages.
• Tire Services: Complete tire rotations, mount and balance new tires, and perform flat repairs safely and correctly using our affiliate dealer equipment.
• Digital Video Inspections (DVI): Conduct comprehensive, honest digital vehicle inspections using our shop tablets. You will capture clear photos and videos of worn components, fluid levels, and safety items to help our service advisors show clients exactly what their vehicle needs.
• Shop Safety & Cleanliness: Keep your designated bay clean, structured, and free of safety hazards.

Qualifications & Skills
