Job summary

Gross Motors of Black River Falls is seeking an Automotive Service Technician with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. You will perform repairs on a variety of vehicles, diagnose issues, and work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience.
• Proficiency in brakes, suspension, HVAC, and drivability diagnostics.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of vehicle repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC systems, and basic drivability concerns.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from senior technicians.
• Work with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Complete routine maintenance services, including fluid changes, alignments, and filter replacements.
• Document repair work accurately on the Repair Order.
• Continue ongoing training to advance technical skills.
