Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and removal of all alcohol monitoring devices
• Fulfill daily operational duties of the assigned facility, including:
• Operate a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Conduct training sessions on product use for customers
• Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees
• Perform monthly inventory audits
• Assist other shops in the surrounding area when applicable
• Manage daily hours, ensuring 40 hours or less weekly
• Communicate with management and/or lead technicians when challenges arise
• Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and security of client information
• Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations and statutes
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience with 12V systems
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, kneel, and stand regularly while installing alcohol monitoring devices into tight spaces
• Frequently walk, reach, or crawl; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision

Work Environment

The work environment is typically moderate noise level. Overtime may be required occasionally. Flexibility and adaptability are necessary due to interruptions and changing plans.
