Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks a Crew Chief in Breckenridge Hills, MO to lead the service team and drive guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide the crew, maintain smooth operations, and boost sales while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will mentor technicians and CSAs, perform opening/closing duties, and participate in budgeting/forecasts to support growth. This is a full-time, fast-paced retail role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Set daily team direction and conduct huddles/store meetings.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations with emphasis on safety and quality.
