Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess a current and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and review service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time; update customer throughout the day.
• Follow cash-out procedures including review of multi-point inspection and warranties.
• Conduct post repair and follow-up calls for customer satisfaction.
• Track all new returns, core returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
