Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Marshalltown, IA is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver a world-class service experience to every guest. You will translate customer needs into clear recommendations and act as the liaison between customer and technician, driving tire, wheel, repair, warranty, and service sales.

You’ll build lasting relationships, help maintain showroom and inventory standards, and work with the team to keep operations smooth, accurate, and safe. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between customer and technician — translate mechanical into clear recommendations.
