Job summary

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Service Lot Porter to greet customers and keep the service lot organized and presentable. You will help maintain vehicles on the lot, ensure keys are secure, and support management with daily operations to enhance customer impressions.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and a professional, energetic demeanor. The position requires compliance with company policies and successful completion of pre-employment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure vehicles are prepared and maintained on the lot.

• Engage with management and team to foster client satisfaction and referrals.
• Communicate concerns to management promptly.

As the Service Lot Porter, you will utilize your skills in greeting customers, ensuring the vehicles are kept in excellent condition at all times, and the lot is well-maintained, so our customers are impressed when they first enter our locations.

Responsibilities

• Installs seat, steering wheel, floor protection, and key tags in all vehicles taken in for service.
• Ensures that all vehicle keys are returned to the appropriate location; ensures that all vehicles in the lot(s) are locked, with the windows rolled up, and keys securely stored.
• Follows all company policies and procedures. Informs the supervisor of any illegal activity
• Consistently remains engaged with management, team leads, fellow team members, and processes to foster successful working relationships with all internal and external Clients; consistently maintains follow-up systems that encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to Client satisfaction.
• Immediately communicates with management whenever a concern or situation arises.
