Job summary

Sheehy Auto Stores is hiring a Service Lot Porter to greet customers and keep the lot organized and vehicles in top condition. You will ensure keys are returned, vehicles locked, and the lot is well-maintained to impress customers as they enter our locations.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license for at least three years, excellent communication, and strong customer service. We offer health, vision, dental, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement, with 401(k) and profit

Qualifications

• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Outstanding communication skills are required.
• Superior customer service skills and professional appearance are essential.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and able to pass background checks.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including MVR checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure vehicles are prepared and lot maintained.
• Lock vehicles, secure keys, and ensure proper storage and display of vehicles on the lot.
• Follow company policies and report any issues to management.
• Engage with management and team members to foster good relationships and repeat business.
• Communicate concerns to management promptly when they arise.

As the Service Lot Porter, you will utilize your skills in greeting customers, ensuring the vehicles are kept in excellent condition at all times, and the lot is well-maintained, so our customers are impressed when they first enter our locations.

Responsibilities

• Installs seat, steering wheel, floor protection, and key tags in all vehicles taken in for service.
• Ensures that all vehicle keys are returned to the appropriate location; ensures that all vehicles in the lot(s) are locked, with the windows rolled up, and keys securely stored.
• Follows all company policies and procedures. Informs the supervisor of any illegal activity
• Consistently remains engaged with management, team leads, fellow team members, and processes to foster successful working relationships with all internal and external Clients; consistently maintains follow-up systems that encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to Client satisfaction.
• Immediately communicates with management whenever a concern or situation arises.

Requirements
