Job summary

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Service Lot Porter to greet customers and maintain a pristine lot. You will help ensure vehicles are kept in excellent condition and that keys are properly managed during service flow.

Ideal candidates show a strong work ethic, positive energy, and top-notch customer service. Must have a valid license, be authorized to work in the USA, and pass background, MVR, and drug testing as part of the pre-employment process.

Qualifications

• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Outstanding communication skills and professional appearance.
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Superior customer service skills and a positive demeanor.
• Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment testing (background, MVR, drug).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and keep vehicles in excellent condition on the lot.
• Ensure keys are returned, vehicles are locked, and lot is organized.
• Follow all company policies and report any concerns to management.
• Engage with team to promote customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Communicate promptly with supervision when issues arise.

Responsibilities

• Installs seat, steering wheel, floor protection, and key tags in all vehicles taken in for service.
• Ensures that all vehicle keys are returned to the appropriate location; ensures that all vehicles in the lot(s) are locked, with the windows rolled up, and keys securely stored.
• Follows all company policies and procedures. Informs the supervisor of any illegal activity
• Consistently remains engaged with management, team leads, fellow team members, and processes to foster successful working relationships with all internal and external Clients; consistently maintains follow-up systems that encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to Client satisfaction.
• Immediately communicates with management whenever a concern or situation arises.

Requirements

• Must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three (3) years. Proven track record of achieving or overachieving goals
