Napleton Autos Corporate seeks an experienced Automotive Service Department Manager to lead GM service operations in a high-performing, family-oriented dealership group. You will drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining GM standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership with strong operational knowledge and a proven track record of managing a service department and team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in automotive service management (GM dealership preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GM warranty, service processes, and manufacturer programs.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Tekion DMS is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of the service department.
• Lead, train, and develop service advisors, technicians, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with GM policies and warranty procedures.
• Monitor KPIs such as CSI, productivity, and profitability.
• Handle escalated customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Schedule and plan workflow and shop capacity.
• Oversee warranty administration and documentation.
• Collaborate with parts, sales, and management for smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
