Job Title: Automotive Service Manager

Location: 9245 South Sam Houston Pkwy E, Houston, TX 77075

Overview: As a Service Manager at Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be the primary contact for guests needing vehicle assistance, responsible for building relationships, managing the repair process, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, sales, staff, quality, revenue, and profit goals, reporting directly to the Owner.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage personnel and daily operations
• Enforce company policies
• Address employee non-compliance
• Ensure quality work and guest satisfaction
• Organize store operations
• Maintain positive communication
• Develop estimates and work orders
• Direct Service Writers and technicians
• Ensure quality parts and target margins
• Open/close store, perform reconciliations, report analysis
• Maintain equipment, resource technicians, communicate with customers
• Greet guests, present repair solutions, sell services ethically
• Represent the organization professionally

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Automotive Customer Service & Sales
• Management experience in automotive service
• Knowledge of automotive systems
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk most of the day
• Lift over 50 lbs occasionally
• Drive manual vehicles
• Work in a high-volume environment
• Use keyboard, mouse, phone regularly
