AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily operations at one of our transmission centers. You will oversee the service team, drive sales, build customer relationships, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive service sales experience or equivalent with a track record of success (Transmission sales a plus).
• Excellent one-time closing skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
